cast iron soil pipe

Hi All,

I am hoping you can help me,  i am going to replace an old bathroom suite with a new one, but i have noticed that the toilet waste is connected to old cast iron soil pipe which looks as if the diameter is smaller than 110mm, how do i connect to this?

Hope i havent been to vague, thanks for your help

Use a gibcon pan connector with plenty lube, works a treat, they come in 4"-4" and 4"-3½" I'm not sure where to get hold of one though. If I could I'd fit almost every pan i ever fit using a gibcon, just a preferance though.

its a rubber connector for drains and pans Gibcon is the company name,  William Wilson Sell them

Must be a fitting thats local to your part of the country, we have Muliwik pan cons for that purpose.

Thanks for your help guys, tryed to find gibcon but cannot around Midlands, do you know any companies  that maybe i could request a brochure from scruff for the Muliwik pan cons

yeah we use multikwik too i just prefer gibcon, also i have only used them when at one company, and havent been able to get a hold of any myself either, i'll need to talk to the stores manager to find his source.
