do you know what the 345 method is? if u don't then here goes any way
take your tapemeasure and you can you 6 7 8 inchs. just pick a number. find the largest exterior wall, go to both ends and measure what ever number you chose, usually enough for a trowell to be used, after doing this to opposite ends of the wall, then pop a chaulk line. now repeat this on a connecting wall, prefrably another exterior wall. if not a large interior wall. pop a nother line now you have 2 lines, one horrizontal and one vertical and they croos each other. Where the lines cross take your tape measure and on one line measure 36 inchs and mark ir on the other line measure 48 inchs and mark that. now tale you tape measure again and the last 2 marks you have made the 36 and 48 mark run your tape as if you were forming a triangle and that should measure 60 inchs. hope this isnt cong=fusing.. If it is no 6o inchs then you need to adjust.
or you can find your center of the room, measure vertical and horzinal. and start and the center point of the room. if you are going to have small cuts on both sides of the room the make sure only one side of the room takes all the cuts. and put the cuts in the area that is less visual to the eye.behind a couch area or something. but not in the front entrance way.
