Hi all im new to this site and it seems very good to me full of some good info all round.Ive been plastering for this fella for the last 6-7yrs but now i have to venture out on my own due to lack of work coming in through him.I have a couple of jobs in the pipeline and need to price a couple more but im sort of making it up as i go.The bloke i worked for paid me £120 a day and he used to pick me up every morning.He made a profit on me but would never tell me what is was as i might of asked for a rise.I now have my own van to run and i need to pay a labourer but im not sure what to go in at.I dont want to be to greedy but need to earn more than what i have been.If anyone out there can give me any advice it will be much appreciated.thanx.oh i live 10 miles north of london
