BT Versatility - Voicemail Module

Hi, I have just installed a 2-port VM module to my system. Extension 20 immediately reported the ALARM MAIL ALMOST FULL message. The mailbox % used = 100 and I cannot enable any VM features, e.g. Auto Attendant reports 'VOICEMAIL BUSY' and other features report 'INVALID'.

I guess there might be a firmware issue or is there anything else I can sniff out first? Thanks in advance for any help offered.
