I have a nice ceramic handle on a square shaft I'd like to retain.

Might have to go for a flapper type flush valve as it's proving difficult to find something that will fit in my cistern alongside a decent fill valve.

It comes with a lever that goes up or down depending on the full or half flush, I doubt it will work with your handle but maybe worth a try.
