Problems with baxi boiler 105e pressure
Oct 13th, 2014, 3:52pm

Hi I have a baxi 105e combi boiler. The pressure as been at zero. So I bled the radiators, but notice no water was coming out as I bled them. So I removed the nut from the pipe to re pressure the water. It could not re pressure because the end of the pipe was blocked with water scales. So I cleared the pipe and was able to re pressure the boiler.
Now when I run the hot tap brown water is coming out and the pressure drops back to zero. No heating or hot water, the boiler light are flashing above the triangle and red light flashing bellow 60c.
Can any one help with answers

Thanks

I'm not a heating engineer but I think there is a filter on the cold water input to the boiler - sounds like that might also be scaled up.

Sounds like there could be several problems and probably best to get an RGI in.

Expansion vessel maybe duff.

Plate HX maybe duff or scaled.

System may be sludged up.
