Boiler Problem Advice needed

First of all hello all! hope is well

Right down the nitty gritty, I have a Worchester 28i Junior boiler.

The pressure is below 1 in the red and I have no loop filler key (Is there a way to re-pressurize it without ?)

It seems to flash blue but when I put it into service mode I get 5 flashes of blue and then it stops. I have searched high and low for answers but can't seem to fix it.
