Damp Proof Coursing - Window

Hi there. Just a general enquiry, if you are a builder and have sub-contracted windows to be installed who would usually be responsible with installing damp proof coursing around the windows?
The builder or the window installers??
Any advice gratefully received.

The guys fitting the windows are responsible for their own work, nothing to do with the builder unless it was agreed in the contract.

Windows don't normally have a damp proof course fitted round them. However there is a dpc fitted where the cavity wall closes, which is the builders responsibility.
