Hi,
I've got a joiner in, to replace all internal doors.
The bathroom & single bedroom door frames are smaller so had to order
6ft 6 by 2ft 4 for these rooms.
The joiner has had to cut them down to fit, but at the top of both doors
I can see the internals of the door. IE the cardboard honey combe?
Is this correct practice or is he taking the Mickey???
I would of thought you could take abit off the bottom and top
and keep the doors integrity.
Pls see photo. The doors are already hung so if he was going to insert the lip from his original cut, wouldn't he have already done this.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
He's coming back to finish downstairs tomorrow.
thanks
Karl
