Most definitely not.

http://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-flexible-wc-pan-connector-170-410mm/71219 if you really have to use anything non-rigid, but try and avoid it if at all possible. What are you trying to do exactly?

Is it acceptable to use a flexible hose - the type of thing you use to vent out a tumble dryer - to connect a toilet to a down pipe?
