BT Versatility

I have a number of extensions, but today some of those have no dialling tone, internal or external. There are about 3 expansion modules and I wondered if one of those was down. The dead phones can be rung internally and show an external call, but when picked up, there is no voice.

Probably a ports module gone squit, or hung, or become mis-seated on the back plane.  Try rebooting the whole thing (power down and up).
