Agility alarm system
Dec 12th, 2015, 4:47pm

We have just moved to a house with an 'Agility' alarm system (riscogroup.com).  We wish to turn off the system, but this is not covered in the User Manual, or anywhere on the web site (riscogroup.com) that I can find.

We have both a user 'PIN' code and a Master code.

Can anyone help ?

When you say turn off, do you mean disconnect/disable so it can't be used or just silence it as it's going off?

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry for not making the original question totally clear.

I mean turn off so that it totally inactive and not using any power.  I assume that if I just turn off the power now there is a backup battery and that at some point the alarm might sound ...

Hi lee,
There is a control panel somewhere around the house, normally hidden away. agility is white, curved top to bottom, has 4 leds on the left and a button on the right.
Small screw at the bottom undo, lift the control panel up slowly as its still connected to the base, battery is a the bottom, disconnect that.
Near the alarm will be power supply/fused spur, simply remove the fuse.
Agility is an all wireless system meaning any and all sounders will kick in, however they have onboard cut offs of a maximum 15 minutes, just let them ring and theyl stop on their own.

Agility is a good modern system though, its a shame its not getting used
