Render removal, boundary edges mid terrace house
Mar 19th, 2016, 8:25am

Almost finished removing the pebble dash render on the front of my house, to reveal the lovely old stone underneath  Smiley. It's a mid terraced property. The neighbours on both sides of me have render on their walls. Do I need to fix render beading along the boundaries, to seal the edges of their render? It has to be sealed so that moisture doesn't get under their render.  Stone disc cut vertically down along the boundary lines and then attach some kind of beading? Any suggestions, thanks.
Also, Anyone know of a soda blasting -stone cleaning firm in the Durham area?

Just a heads up that water might be able to get under their render via your exposed mortar joints.
