BT Versatility Night Service Help!

Hello All,

Had a problem with our versatility system, I turned it off and when I rebooted it said commission system.

Anyway with a bit of help from googling I managed to get the commission system gone and managed to get a system voicemail working.

However, We had a night service function where we recorded a message which we played on a loop if we missed the call. this was set up when it was installed 3 years ago by the engineer  and I have no idea how to get it running  Huh.

Does anyone know how to I assume create a mailbox then get our message onto night service and have it play the loop when its turned on?

We also had 3 group divert set up on my Ext 20 bottom row 8 buttons and now they aren't equipped. How can I set them back?!

I tired calling Mother BT but I don't want to talk to India!
