I was asked to look at the fixing attached for a loose toilet seat and am baffled how to fix it.

It looks like the plastic fitting screws down by two plastic headed screws and the left one has come loose. The right screw fixing is fine.

However it won't tighten or unscrew leaving the seat flapping around. ISuspect it may have steered off inside. No branding on it to help either.

Anyone know what can be done with this and/or get the screw out so I can replace it?
