3 Phase Circuits

Can I feed a new 3 phase socket from an existing one, which is feed directly from a DB, so long as I make sure that either the total power requirement is no more than the existing DB breaker size, or that only one of the sockets are used at one time.
Also, would this extension (both sockets would be next to one another) be notifiable?
