Notice the double pole MCB's, and a 25amp MCB main isolator.
The appartment is limited to a '5.5kw' tarriff, hence the 25amp single pole MCB on the far right.

The labelling is as follows, bracketed words is the translation.
Alumbrado (Lighting), all lighting. Otros Usos (Other Uses), a couple sockets. Electrodomesticos (Sockets). Cocina (Cooker), oven only, gas hob. Diferencial (Differencial), RCD covering all circuits. General (General), Main Isolator.

This is a picture of the main consumer unit with the flange removed. Notice the electricity board sealed cover over the MCB limiting the load to 5.5kw.
The billing shows the building to have a 5.5kw service and tarriff. Rather annoying when you consider there is a lecky water heater and aircon in each room. You can only use 2 items at once in reality.

A friedland branded door bell - Not much to look at, but it is oddly a 220v version - The bell push is a momentry action 240v switch, and is wired as part of the lighting circuit.
