Was watching one of the mass of home improvement/building programs that are filling our screens lately, they coated a wall with watered down PVA to seal the wall and help the plaster hold.
What they didn`t mention and has me curious is do you let it dry before plastering or not ?

Hi Raptor - for bonding the dilution is 3:1 parts water. Apply by brush and apply plaster whilst still tacky.
