You should be able to neatly cut a small section of plasterboard away with a sharp knife and a padsaw. You only need to be as wide as the cables laid adjacent to each other, and about a cm above and below the noggin. Make the hole behind the TV first, drop a string in with a weight to see how far you can drop, and then mark this on the outside of the wall to show where the noggin is.
If your walls are insulated, use some MMT0 or 1 trunking lid in the wall to fish with.
