Hi,
If when installing a new consumer unit - nothing else. On the Electrical Installation Cert is this classed as an New Installation or Addition or Alteration which do you tick.
I always tick alteration if I have not added new ccts. I dont class this a new installation because the final ccts are unchanged.
Cheers!

If REPLACING a CU then tick alteration.
If NEW (as in a new build/installation) then tick New Installation.
