Resin Bonded/Bound paving

Anyone have experience of the above?
I'm looking to pave a strip around a pool and considering resin bonding over concrete.
I have seen rubber chips in various colours used for this but don't know where to source them.
Anyone any ideas on materials and suppliers?, rubber or gravel etc.
(whats the diff between bounded & bound?)
Thx in anticipation
