Letter of appointment

My church wishes me to draw up a Letter of appointment for an electrician who is about to do a rewire. Is there something suitable I can download, please to save me reinventing the wheel?
The standard JCT 05 contract seems too cumbersome for this.
Thanks

All depends on values really. If the jobs large enough to warrant a formal contract then the MF1 might be a more suitable form.
