gas fire spigot extension
Sep 2nd, 2013, 9:07pm

I am looking for a spigot extension for a FLAVEL EMBERGLOW CLASSIC GAS FIRE model number FEMCOOMN. The manufacturer has advised this is a discontinued part. Do you know if anyone is likely to hold this as old stock? Many thanks. Smiley Smiley

Best you can do is shop around and see if you strike gold.

An engineering works may make one for you, but you'll need an RGI to fit and test.

Thanks for that. Looks like the engineering option is going to be my best bet since I have already tried a few spare part suppliers with no luck. My RGI gave up so left the 'mission' to me.

Google found this but perhaps not right one??

Might be cheaper to modify than fab from new?

An engineering friend may be able to help with either a new fabrication or modification. I was optomistic that an original spigot could be sitting on someones shelf out there.
