More on "Washing machine waste" under concrete?
Aug 7th, 2015, 4:30pm

Just a thought, Washing machine waste to bathroom..yes or no? I got some good advice, however I was wondering If I could run the waste pipe under a concrete floor If I cut out a channel. Its about 2 meters to the outside wall.
If I did this how deep should I bury it and would it affect the damp membrane.( not sure how deep it is, 1978 extention)

I can't think of any reason why not. If you break the damp course, lay another damp course over or under the pipe. Pack it with sand to protect it or put it inside another pipe 55mm should do, before cementing over it.

I've never done it myself and if I'm wrong, someone will hopefully correct me..

All done and worked a treat. Only hassle was trying to avoid the gas feed.
