electryfing a garden workshop

Hi Wondered if you could answer a couple of questions for me.
I have built a workshop in my garden for when i retire its about 5 meters from the house i want electric putting in, 6 double sockets and two striplights as i am not a qualifed electrician i will be paying an expert to carry out the job could you give me an idea what i would expect to pay to have this job done properly by a tradesman.
Also does the armoured cable from the house have to be buried or can it go up the wall and overhead to the workshop as burying it will mean ripping up a load of concrete which i think would ad a fair ammount to the cost
