juco Full Member Offline Ask The Trades Posts: 183 Total Thanks: 0 For This Post: 0 Gender:	LED & dimmer switches Mar 8^th, 2016, 9:03pm I am in process of changing from halogen to LED panels in the kitchen, I am likely to have 3 x 12w LED panels. The current arrangement is 5 halogen with separate drivers on a dimmer switch. Would I have to change the dimmer switch before using the LEDs. The LED drivers are output 24-42v DC.

If the manufacturer says they can be dimmed then ask what type of dimmer is required.
