Oven Circuit
Jul 5th, 2016, 10:25am

Advise please.....

I'm installing 1 oven 3.4kW and Micro combi oven 3.65kW, am I ok to wire them both to a 6mm fed connection plate which is isolated at a cooker switch, which is fed by a 6mm feed from the CU. Cables are less than 50mm deep.

Many thanks
Craig

Yes!   You will be best to use a Dual Appliance Connector to replace the existing CCU.

Why is it that, when we stumble across a can of worms, instead of running for the door we find ourselves reaching for a can opener?
