Baxi 80e

Hello I have a baxi combi 80e which fires on demand but wont stay on, once the flame has died (after approximately 10 seconds) the 30deg/flame failure light flashes. What possible causes are there for this that can be checked. I'm thinking it maybe the PCB. Undecided

You should be getting a gasman to sort this.

Check the flame sensing electrode and the lead and make sure its all connected and in the right place, there are test you can do if you have the kit ( readings will be in the manual.

Worth checking the polarity for the electric supply to the boiler. Live should be 230Vac ish, Neutral 0v
