Wall socket behind tv - before or after plastered?

Im redoracting at moment and pretty useless as it comes! I want mg tb on the wall but i know wires wont reach socket so wanted a new one installed behind where tv will be.. just wondering do i get electirician in to do this before the room is replastered or after?

Have you got your TV mount sorted? Some mount the TV so close to the wall there isn't room for a 13A plug behind the TV. Perhaps recess the socket?
I would also plan ahead for the HDMI cables and TV aerial so they are hidden?
