Are you sure it's a storage heater not just an ordinary heater? (Not that it changes anything but the time you want it on).

Storage heater timer ideas?
Apr 1st, 2018, 1:04pm

Hi guys,

My flat has storage heaters which all come on automatically in the night. However there is one that just needs turning on manually and has no timer. I can't connect a timer plug to it as there's no plug hole - just a wire into the wall.

Is there anyway to put a timer onto this? I've attached a picture to this post. It's the white socket in the middle - as you can see there's a switch but no plug hole.
