I'm moving the wc outlet and by using the a tee horizontally would mean I can avoid lots of bends and joins for the vent pipe. Thanks

The tees have a flow direction, and as long as this is followed, with a fall, you can put the tees in any orientation.

Perhaps a quick sketch as Lec said just to confirm.
