If you raised it that much it doesn't look like you would have space to fit lintels above, which doesn't necessarily make it impossible just a bit more complicated. Ideally you need someone to look at it but it may be possible (it depends very much on the roof construction) to remove all the brickwork above both doors and then build a timber frame which could then be clad.

Personally I would then raise both doors, it's going to look very odd with the doors out of alignment.
