Cracks in outside Mortar, should I be worried?

outside brickwork

Hi, me and my partner are currently in the process of purchasing our first house, we had a homebuyers report done yesterday and the surveyor brought up some issues surrounding a few cracks in the outside mortar of the house. He said rather unhelpfully that they could be fine but that they could also cause problems in the future and advised us to get them looked at. were on a very tight budget being first time buyers at this current time and we've been quoted £400 for a consultation and a report written to tell us whether its a problem or not. ive attached a photo of what the cracks look like. would anyone be able to tell me whether they look like i should contact a structural engineer and get a report done, or whether you think its nothing to worry about and we should continue as normal. thank you!

Is it just the mortar, or are there any bricks cracked too?

Do you know how old the house is?

Is that a door/window at the bottom left of the pic?
