Need help please

Our house is under renovation our builder has laid copper pipes and some electricals wiring in a concrete trench and lagged copper pipes with some black hair felt material cloth kind of material which he has than covered and levelled everything up with sand cement mix. Is it a right thing to do? Am I running a risk of leak in coming years Please advise what can I do over here

Depends what sort of flooring is going down as to whether you can use it or not. Whilst I'm not a fan of burying pipes in floors or walls, it's not always easy to avoid.

In which case you should have no problems now or in the future.
