Scotland! Advice on their regs please?

As a qualified sparks to the current regs, I have been out of the industry for a few years. I used to be part P but let it lapse because of leaving the trade. I now have a place in scotland and can't understand if I can do notifiable work or even do a 'Elec' cond' report' for the house? Any guidance please.. scot.gov confuses me!
