Title: Re: taps Post by thescruff on Sep 10th, 2005, 3:56pm normal size mate. 1/2" for the basin and 3/4" for the bath. tails may be shorter than the existing so you may have to extend the pipes |

Title: Re: taps Post by thescruff on Sep 10th, 2005, 5:03pm Yep with a bit of luck they will but the success will depend on the seating in the old tap. Give it a try ain't gona break the bank is it. ;D |

Title: Re: taps Post by jasonB on Sep 10th, 2005, 7:15pm The 1/2" & 3/4" is a measurement of the bore not the outside of the thread so 1/2 BSP looks about 3/4" o.d. and 3/4" BSP is just over an inch. So you have got 1/2" basin & 3/4" bath taps. Jason |
