Title: Re: Looking for alternative to Jim Lawrence.. Post by CWatters on Aug 19th, 2006, 8:32pm Many many years ago I was in the air cadets. Summer camp was usually at an RAF base where we got to fly in gliders and shoot SLR. We were housed in barracks that were inspected daily. The best barrack would get a prize - typically extra rounds on the range. Understandably competition was stiff ... so one year we removed all the brass screws from the light fittings above the beds, polished the heads and put them back with the slots all lined up. |
