:-? hi all could you please help I am going to be laying some solid oak flooring in a kitchen and liveing room with have a chipboard floor and a concrete floor many thanks mike

If you are going to lay it yourself and the rooms are no bigger than 8metres or so you would probably be best laying a floating floor.
