Hello all!

Please can someone email me a baxi 105e installation manual?
I've studied the (wonderful!) forums and I'm looking to either replace the diverter valve or flush the boiler and clean out the muck!

Fault brief: No hot water! Some rads were cold and I've flushed out loads of crap and they're now fine. The diverter pushrod doesn't come out, but the micro-switch works and the L.E.D comes on.

As i understand it from previous forums, this is either a faulty or mucky diverter.
I'm new to boilers but I'm an out of work mechanical/electronics engineer, so would have a real chance at this, plus I'm broke!! HELP!!

You should be able to download the manuals from www.baxi.co.uk/products/literature.

I had a similar problem with my DHW pushrod not working - managed to fix it by replacing the diaphram in the diverter assembly - cost me around £9 - a bit cheaper if you buy on-line. (the old diaphram had a small tear in it). Using the manual (hard copy from my installer) I found it a straight forward job - and I'm no mechanic, electrician nor plumber.

I only have a hard copy - but try going into baxi.co.uk - select baxi - select installer - select literature. Scan down the box to find 105E instant - it should be there. If you still have no joy I'll do the same , download it and E-Mail it.

No installation manual for 105E, only brochure and user guide.
There IS one for the 105HE though and that looks like it'll do.

All fixed!

That was easy and cost £5 quid. (new diaphragm)

The 105HE manual is near enough. I can't really see what's different between the two models....
