I have no spare mcb's in my consumer unit how can I connect to the unit to fit a new seperate fuse box to fit my shower

Assuming you are allowed to because it would fall under Part P of the building regulations...
You could fit a Henley block to the tails before they go into your consumer unit, then from the Henley block you would run new 25mm square tails to your new shower consumer unit. You will also need to make sure your supply will be able to handle the new load of the shower.

Thanks Zambezi for your help yes i'm installing a 9kw shower and using a 40amp mcb i think this should o.k and ugraded the cable to 10mm
