Title: Taxi Roof Light
Post by rocky3 on Mar 27th, 2009, 3:00pm

I have a taxi roof sign that i want to use as a indoor table lamp, it has a LED bulb/unit inside that will currently run on a 11v to 16v  DC supply, is it possible to convert to a lamp? and what would i need to do to it, thanks.

An 11-16v DC power supply would be a start ;-)

As with the previous thread.. We need to know any two of the following three parameters for the bulb. Normally written on it somewhere..

Voltage (in Volts, V)  known already = 11-16V
Power (in Watts, W) = ?
Current (in Amps, A) = ?
