What is the standard distance from the edge of the carcass and door to the center point of the kitchen unit door hinges?

Can depend on the thickness of the carcase and 'diameter' of the hinge.

Here is a link to Hafele which gives you the sort of standard dimensions, but as Joiner said there are a lot of variables;
