Hey there,

Just wondering if anyone can help?

I've recently installed a Bt Versatility in our office, with the Analogue option - we have 3 lines and all have caller display paid for from our provider (virgin)

Although I've turned on the C DS from the: System Programming > Lines > CDS detection

The phones are still not displaying any of the numbers for incoming calls? Have I missed something?

What phones? SLT or Feature Phones?

If SLT, are you seeing internal calls on the caller display?

When you say you have enabled them, you need to go to SYSTEM > LINES > PSTN PROGRAMMING > CDS DETECTION.

Select the lines you wish to enable.

It should be that simple!
