Hi,I have an ideal response 120 boiler which is playing up.Have intermittent fault with firing up for both heating and hot water.Goes through sequence then burner light comes on for approx 1 second and then goes out?Plus occasionally it "booms"when ignites[too much gas?]not every time though.

Best plan would be to get an RGI to check it out.
