During the additon of a new extension (27) we noted intermittent faults when dialing into the extension

The extension is able to dial out int and ext calls but when dialling in a message shows on the v8 phone saying 'the extension has gone'

We have tried swapping the handsets and the fault still exists

Has anyone ever come across this fault I will be back onsite sunday to reset the system and carry out some further program based tests.

Off the top of my head, check the ext has not been diverted elsewhere?

I had a quick look remotely but will be able to test better this weekend I'll let you know how I get on
