Zimmer,
As its a workshop you may not have any or very little fondations. As the ground settles under youre workshop the workshop will settle to.THis will cause the cracks.Keep an eye on them they might settle, if they dont you might have to consider underpining :)

Zimmer are these cracks running through the blocks or following the joints?

If following the joints you could re-point and hope for the best, that is that it has finished settling.

Thanks for the reply Guys.
The Foundations are re-enforced with metal and have 5 inch of hardcore and same of concrete,
The cracks run through blocks and joints, the bulding was built just over a year ago, so i,am gessing that (Hoping) it's just settlement, if so do i rake out the cracks and fill with sand and cement morter. :-/
                          Thanks for the help, Zimmer
