I have to install a new bathroom with a shower. We have to install a Stuart Turner 3 bar pump (twin impeller)for the shower and the client wants this to pump the bath supplies too.

This is all ok but what happens to the pump when, say, you want to 'top up' the bath with just a bit of hot water? Both impellers in the pump will want to turn but the cold will be off.

Use two single pumps if possible and avoid pumping the WCs.

Will add a pic or two when I swop computers later today.

I was told by stuart turner that it is fine to have a complete bathroom on a twin pump.

This is not the same for all twin pumps.

I originally had a salamander shower pump feeding a bathroom and it packed up after a year, I was told by salamander that I would need to replace the pump with a complete bathroom pump beacause this pump lets a small amount of water go through the other side of the pump when only one side is used.

Like I said above stuart Turner tech support said that thier 3 bar twin is OK for complete pumping.
