BS 1010-2:1973        Specification for draw-off taps and stopvalves for water services (screw-down pattern). Draw-off taps and above-ground stopvalves

BS 5412:1996        Specification for low-resistance single taps and combination tap assemblies (nominal size 1⁄2 and 3⁄4) suitable for operation at PN 10 max. and a minimum flow pressure of 0.01 MPa (0.1 bar)

BS 5412:Part 1:1976, BS 5413:Part 1:1976       Specification for the performance of draw-off taps with metal bodies for water services. Dimensional and design characteristics

BS 5412:Part 2:1976, BS 5413:Part 2:1976       Specification for the performance of draw-off taps with metal bodies for water services. Water tightness and pressure resistance characteristics

BS 5412:Part 3:1976, BS 5413:Part 3:1976       Specification for the performance of draw-off taps with metal bodies for water services. Hydraulic characteristics

BS 5412:Part 4:1976, BS 5413:Part 4:1976       Specification for the performance of draw-off taps with metal bodies for water services. Mechanical and endurance characteristics
Withdrawn, Revised

BS 5412:Part 5:1976, BS 5413:Part 5:1976       Specification for the performance of draw-off taps with metal bodies for water services. Physio-chemical characteristics: materials, coatings

1010 is marked as current, obsolete, most of the 5412s are withdrawn/revised and the top 5412 is current.

Probably nothing much, just that one tap is to an old spec, the other up to date.
