Title: Blocked drain Post by mick_l on Mar 12th, 2005, 11:25am I have a part blocked washing machine drain. The water backs up and overflows. I have tried unblocking and drain cleaners. Any help or sugestions would be apreciated before i lift the tiled floor |

Title: Re: Blocked drain Post by HM on Mar 12th, 2005, 11:52am One thing that is very good for clearing a blocked drain is a pressure washer, with the optional drain cleaning attachment. However, if you aren't careful then the pressure washer could squirt water back into the house side of things (not usually a problem if its outside that floods out). I've cleaned a couple of drains this way and it works a treat. HM |
