Post by sliderman on Dec 7th, 2006, 10:38pm

slightly diff question..

We've recently been asked to decorate the interior of a methodist church.. my liability policy excludes churches.. I've phonedl oads of others and they do too.. does anyone know who will do liability to cover churches.. its a methodist church  i.e not old or ornate just plain with benches no ornate stuff to damage...

also... in the astates we use easysand90 to repair cracks in horsehair plaster.. haven't found it over here... what do people recomend?

thanks

I'm with Norwich Union, my exclusions are;

Power stations, nuclear establishments; oil or gas plants; mainframe computer rooms; airports; docks; railways and anything underwater.

No mention of churches, may be worth giving them a bell.

Shrewsbury is on red alert, the main car park is already under 3ft of water.

Some people left their cars there and went off for the day, only to find they could only just see the roof of the car when they got back :(.

What gets me is the powers that be knew it was going to flood but didn't put any warnings up, and then they stood round while the cars disappeared under water.

Why the heck didn't they tow them away :-/ they would have done quick enough if they hadn't bought a parking ticket >:(

Varn1sh that comes under nuclear waste ;)

May be churches are excluded from insurance because of Acts of God
